Fire Sprinkler Installation

         involves measuring, cutting, threading, and joining the pipes using appropriate fittings and connection methods.
 

5.      Sprinkler Head Installation: Sprinkler heads are installed at designated locations, following the approved design

         layout. The heads are securely fastened to the piping system, ensuring proper orientation and alignment for

         optimal coverage.
 

6.      Valve and Control Device Installation: Control valves, check valves, pressure-reducing valves, alarm devices, and

         other control components are installed as specified in the design documents. Valve locations are determined

         based on accessibility and code requirements.
 

7.      Connection to Water Supply: The installation team connects the sprinkler system to the building’s water supply,

         ensuring the appropriate connections, backflow prevention devices, and pressure regulating devices are in

         place.
 

8.      Pressure Testing: Once the system is fully installed, a pressure test is conducted to ensure the integrity of the

         pipes and fittings. This involves pressurizing the system to the required test pressure and checking for any leaks

         or abnormalities.
 

9.      System Flushing and Commissioning: The system is flushed to remove any debris or impurities that may have

         accumulated during installation. It is then commissioned, which involves verifying proper functioning, conducting

         flow tests, and setting up any necessary alarm and monitoring systems.
 

10.     Final Documentation: The installation team prepares as-built drawings, documenting any deviations from the

          original design, and provides the necessary documentation for compliance, maintenance, and future reference.
